Newsec partner with IISY to improve clients’ indoor climate

Newsec and IISY announces a partnership covering the Nordic and Baltic countries. This will provide Newsec’s clients easy access to digital expert services that prevent indoor climate problems and enable predictive technical maintenance in large property portfolios. The turnkey-solution creates significant value to property owners by securing property value development, lowering maintenance costs, and improving tenant satisfaction with indoor climate.

Identified risks are validated and further analyzed by an expert that also prioritizes them on behalf of the client.
