Newsec and IISY announces a partnership covering the Nordic and Baltic countries. This will provide Newsec’s clients easy access to digital expert services that prevent indoor climate problems and enable predictive technical maintenance in large property portfolios. The turnkey-solution creates significant value to property owners by securing property value development, lowering maintenance costs, and improving tenant satisfaction with indoor climate.
“We manage over 37 million square meters in the Nordic and Baltic countries, making us the third largest property asset manager in Europe. This partnership in combination with our size means a real impact on indoor climate. By being able to address potential problems before they arise we can save costs for our clients, decrease disruptions in their operations and keep their tenants pleased in their work environment”, says Tomi Ventovuori, Head of Digitalization at Newsec Property Asset Management.
IISY’s solution “Freesi Indoor Climate Service” provides professional tools and turnkey-services for indoor climate analysis. Indoor climate data from the property portfolio is gathered into a cloud-based service for smart processing. Advanced artificial intelligence identifies indoor climate risks from vast amounts of enriched measurement data. Identified risks are validated and further analyzed by an expert that also prioritizes them on behalf of the client. Technical solutions are recommended and any implemented actions are tracked to verify that they successfully resolve the situation. Periodical in-depth analyses provide a foundation for very accurate seasonal indoor climate optimization. Reporting function gives transparency to indoor climate quality development for executives and communication tools help build trust with tenants, users and visitors with easy-to-understand visuals and seasonal tips.
“Customers using Freesi Indoor Climate Service have been able to improve the indoor climate quality index by +13 % in their property portfolios this year. This very significant improvement has resulted in a higher tenant, user, and visitor satisfaction and it has reduced the number of claims and complaints regarding indoor climate conditions. We look forward to working together with Newsec in improving their clients’ indoor climate”, says Samu Niska, Chief Executive Officer, IISY.
